Whether you like your bacon skillet fried, served as a side, or playing from your player, one thing is clear, people always keep coming back for more Bacon. This uniquely likeable band from Warwick, New York has left its grease stains on the scene for almost 7 years now. Made up of five guys who like to have a good time, their spirit for life and laughs resonates through their catchy tunes, and silly and often on-stage antics. Their sound has been described as classic rock meets jam funk with a little reggae and world beat to generate a sizzle that can only be described as bacon. If you hang out with any of the members when their not playing, its’ no surprise that these characters would be anything but loved when they perform. They embody humor and their fun filled nature comes to life with candid banter and jokes with the crowd.

Sharing the stage with such notable acts as Moe., Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Medeski Martin & Wood, Keller Williams, Dark Star Orchestra, Robert Randolph, Vince Welnick, and the Jazz Mandolin Project (just to name a few), as well as playing many major venues and festivals in the northeast such as Nectars, The Northern Lights, The Stone Pony, Tobacco Road (r.i.p.), Strangecreek, Stonehenge Music Festival, Musefest, the NY State Harvest Festival, and of course the infamous "Baconfest", Unexplained Bacon continues to sizzle up greasy music to audiences all over the Northeast. UB NEWS!!! ~2/10/09
The first festivals of 09' are being booked, and we are excited to announce that we will be closing out the weekend of Stonehenge with our annual latenight set!! Bacon goes on late Saturday night, and we will play till they tell us to stop!! If you need any tickets to Stonehenge, we have discounted tickets at the early bird prices. But make sure to get them before we sell them all!!

We also have finally got with it and created a facebook page!! So please come find us, become a fan, and drop by to say whats up!! We will be adding video and music very shortly.

Happy New Year everyone!! We are really excited for the new year as we have a lot of things in the works!! 2008 was a time of change for the band. The Infamous "DJ Celery" retired from his duties on guitar, and he was replaced by Jesse Radosti (Cliff Street) who has joined us full time. We have been taking some time to learn and write a lot of new origianls and a few more covers. Jesse has fit in really great and is taking some of the songs to really high levels. Kuszin is also joining us as our new light technician, and he continues to draw some awesome posters for our upcoming gigs!!! Josh is leaving as our "light guy". He is moving to Florida and he will be missed. So basically BACON IS BACK and ready for 09'!!! Stay tuned for upcoming dates and special gig announcements!! Come get greasy....
